IT Support Engineer

Job Position : IT Support Engineer
SeedNet is looking for a Support Engineer, primary focused in Microsoft Unified Communications, and/or Microsoft and Citrix end-to-end Virtualization solution; responsible for providing high quality technical support for the assigned core technology The position requires you to provide high quality technical support for the assigned core technology and able to work on difficult customer issues. The right candidate will have a passion for technology and for helping customers. The role will solve medium to semi-complex problems involving broad, in-depth product knowledge. The role will drive all customer communication and keep the customer informed at all times, having always the customer satisfaction as the primary goal.

Efficiently analyze problems root cause and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
Deliver proactive health checks and advisory assistance.
Manage the technical relationships with customers.
Manage critical customer escalations by maintaining clearly documented action plans, clear and consistent communication and documentation including the documentation
Sharing best practices, analyzing the customer environment and setup against the best practices.
Deliver some amount of technology updates to Premier customers
To grow and develop specialized expertise in technologies, and contribute to the overall growth of the team’s technical knowledge
To create technical content such as knowledge base articles or training document
